Where can I shop Anidote?

You can shop Anidote exclusively through our official website. Each drop is released in limited quantities, so we recommend ordering early or joining the waitlist if your size is sold out.

What makes Anidote denim different?

Anidote creates premium stretch denim designed for women who are tired of jeans that fit their hips but gap at the waist. Our denim is made to sculpt, move with your body and hold its shape, without the cheap stretch feel.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours. During launches, restocks or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

How long does delivery take?

UK delivery usually takes 2 - 3 working days after dispatch.

International delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Available delivery options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to selected international locations. If your country is available, shipping options will appear at checkout once you enter your address.

My tracking says delivered, but I have not received my order. What should I do?

Please check with neighbours, your building reception, safe place locations and your local courier first. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can look into it.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact info@anidote.com with your order number and wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels, packaging and security tags still attached. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged, marked by make-up or fake tan, contain odours, or are returned in an unsellable condition.

Once approved and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded in full to the original payment method. Shipping, courier and return delivery costs are non-refundable.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please contact info@anidote.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the item, size or style you would like to exchange for.

Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unstained, free from odours, and with all original packaging, labels and security tags attached.

If the new item costs more than your original order, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is dispatched. Where available and authorised, this may be charged to your original payment method. If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

What if my item is faulty?

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@anidote.com as soon as possible with your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos of the fault.

Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing fault. Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, incorrect washing or accidental damage is not considered a manufacturing fault.
